Holly Marie Combs is an American actress and producer, best known for her roles in television series. She gained prominence as Kimberly Brock in the critically acclaimed series Picket Fences (1992–1996), for which she won a Young Artist Award. Combs is perhaps most widely recognized for her role as Piper Halliwell in the supernatural drama Charmed (1998–2006).

Holly began acting in her teens and appeared in several films, including Born on the Fourth of July (1989). She later starred as Ella Montgomery in the teen mystery series Pretty Little Liars (2010–2017).
